D. Byford & Sons is a wholesale florist based in Marks Tey, near Colchester, Essex. Established in 1966, we offer an extensive range for all floristry requirements – top quality fresh cut flowers and foliage (available in-store), silk flowers and floral sundries to suit all occasions.
Our extensive floral sundries department stocks hundreds of products from general supplies to decorative wedding lines. Our cash and carry warehouse is open six days a week and we operate five temperature controlled vehicles servicing florist shops throughout Essex and South Suffolk five days a week.
Our History

D. Byford & Sons
The company was founded in 1966 by Dennis and Lilian Byford, marking the beginning of their service in the floral industry.
They would later be joined by their two sons, Neil and Barry.

Quickly out growing the original building, the construction of a new warehouse was necessary. Followed a few years later by a second warehouse.
